 Payment

We accept only online payment via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. 

Delivery

We are using Ta-Q-Bin as our standard shipping provider. We ship within 2-5 working days upon order and payment of product.

To ensure that you are around to receive your product, please also state the time advised for delivery of product to your place:

• Before 12pm
• 12pm – 5pm
• 5pm – 8pm

Products Warranty and Returns

It is in our interest to provide our customers with products of the best condition and quality. We have warranty for our products (please refer to individual product page for warranty term for each product).

In the event you encounter defects during the warranty term, please feel free to contact us for service recovery. We allow for returns and refunds on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further details.
